WELCOME TO EuroElite PRIME+ Program!
Times have changed and with it, now EuroElite has changed with it-
We are a more flexible and economical hybrid complimentary junior tennis program to clubs, academies and federations providing extra match-play tactical concepts however ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE VENTURING OUT TO INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT PLAY.
EuroElite is going back to it’s “roots”… therefore the players who are allowed into our circle will have the following attributes:
- They must be good students (and as such, will be allowed from time to time to miss some school for touring).
- They must be competitive tennis players from age 11-18 who are not only competing in their home countries but also wish to compete outside of Scandinavia.
- Good Sportsmanship is a base criterion for membership.
- EuroElite members agree to do one(1) International Tour OUTSIDE of SCANDINAVIA every 12 months.
- We offer Tennis Europe 12/14/16s and ITF J30-J300 events but also Med-Cup and Dub-Bowl which serve to give especially our younger players a platform for International play and a minimum of 4 guaranteed matches.
- We have a good network to GUARANTEE ENTRY on 95% of our Tours.
- PLAYER VISITS TO EuroElite Camps or PRIME: Players are required to visit at least 2 days per year. We would encourage our players to visit us two times a year (4 days) as this is a great way to maximise your Tours but also your overall competitive game! We also want to work with you 6 months prior to any Tour you choose.
- PARENTS: We look for low-maintenance and easy to get along with parents who trust us and our decisions. After 45 years coaching junior tennis at levels as well as touring with them, we have experience that is unrivaled in the tennis world and so we seek parents who respect and trust us completely.
HOW TO JOIN: Simplicity!
- The Membership Fee which also doubles as a Tour Fee for an International Tour within 12 months of payment) is only 2500:sek. This Tour Fee is our salary and is good for 7 days of Touring. If you go on a longer tour or you do more than one tour then you will have to “top-up”. This depends on you and the tour(s) you choose.
- ONE International Tour outside of Scandinavia is mandatory to join us. If you do not complete this tour obligation within 12-14 months, your Membership/Tour fee is non-refundable.
- CAMPS and PRIME are more economical when you are a EuroElite Member!
- GUESTS PLAYERS are encouraged to join a Camp or PRIME either invited by one of our Members or on their own… however they will pay 25% more for the Camp or PRIME days and allowed only one visit.
- After the visit if all goes well from both sides, that player will be offered EE Membership.
Obligations
- The EuroElite Project is a COMMITMENT and as such, there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON for the PROJECT nor PRIME. We are Full Booked every year with a wait list and so we expect every Project Player to finish the season and their obligations based deposits. The EXCEPTION to this is if your family MOVES AWAY from Scandinavia… in that one case, will we consider refunds. IF a player cannot do a Camp for any reason, we do not do cash refunds. Parents may apply for alternative camps within a 2 year period. If they cannot find something within 24 months then these funds are forfeited. It is accepted to “sell” your membership or the rest of your deposits to a third party with the express written permission of the owner of EuroElite AB or EuroElite Camps AB. In other words, we do not reward quitters or those who want to “jump off” whenever it suits them. So again, there are NO REFUNDS. Teach your player that obligations matter. If a player wants to stop with EuroElite then after the obligation is completed, do not renew again. Simple as that folks. Then you are teaching your player to “stick things out” and stick with obligations that THEY asked for.
- PRIME and Project Members are expected to keep Tour and Camp commitments to be eligible for Renewal. Those who do not, will not be offered a place in the coming year’s Project
- Camps: If you are planning a Tour, your camp must be done within 6 months prior to that Tour so you can learn the latest concepts and we can get to know your tennis again as well as how you function as a player and human being. This is Vital and we enforce this guideline rigorously.
- Tours: Tour are NOW MANDATORY to join with EuroElite Group trainings or PRIME. A Tour is either Tennis Europe, ITF or PRIVATE Tour run by EuroElite Staff like the MED-CUP or Dub Bowl which are also considered a valid EE Tours! IF you go on a Long-Distance Tour like Asia or Slovenia, there are multiple events and EACH ONE counts as an individual Tour. So Slovenia would count for 2 Tours if you do both on that Tour time. Asia could count for example for up to 4 Tours!!
CAMP & PRIME PAYMENTS:
No longer will you be required to pay one year in advance for 2-3 camps at a time.
Rather, every 4 months you can choose between a Mini High Performance Camp(MHPC), SUMMER CAMP(or Tourna-Camp), PRIME Hit or PRIME Group to participate in and just pay for that visit.
